Caribbean Pools and Spas

Called Caribbean for the first time in February ‘23 to get an idea of cost. Longer story short; Nic and Crew had all complete, and we were swimming not 12-weeks later. In time for Memorial Day. He and Caribbean were responsive from the outset, great with planning and being there when they said they would. Communication was easy, and the value was better than we anticipated. Very well organized operation. Their years of experience building pools shows through in their seamless process from start to finish.

Was time for a new liner, and it was late in the last pool season, Fall 2024 . Caribbean took care of us. They replied to our request for an estimate within hours and had someone at our house within a day. They were significantly less expensive than their local competitor. Liner looks great. Workers polite and friendly. Keri at the store was great. By the way, chlorine is less expensive there too. We look forward to 2025 with Caribbean.

We really appreciated the great work that was done back in July that we asked Caribbean Pools and Spas to install a safety cover. There is a reason why they have been in business for over 30 years. We are so happy with Caribbean Pools and the way they delivered our vision in a backyard that had several dips and hills to work around. From start to finish, so responsive and you can be in contact with the owner via text if you wish! You can tell Dean cares so much about his business, crew and reputation. We have not had an experience with a local business yet where the owner is onsite as much as Dean is. The crew is impressive and efficient. I would recommend Caribbean Pools and Spas to anyone considering a new pool. Living in Massachusetts we had many options that we explored, Caribbean had the most attentive customer service with near immediate communications, answering any questions and walking us through the process every step of the way. When their team showed up for the work they were on time and extremely efficient. We have spent many hours enjoying our new pool with family and friends with no regrets
