Rob came out to survey my home and provide a quote for a mini-split installation; he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were at my house for two days and were not only professional but also extremely neat and respectful of my home. Just had CARJON service my furnace at my new residence. I received a text saying they could move up my appointment by 5 days which I gladly accepted. Dan M and his colleague arrived within the timeframe mentioned and completed the required maintenance. They were both very polite and respectful as well as explained all the work performed in language I could understand. Very happy I chose CARJON and signed up for a preventative maintenance agreement.

We had several quotes for a full home ac/heat install. No, Carjon was not the cheapest. They were somewhere in the middle of everyone else. There were the most knowledgeable and upfront about what was going to be done. Rob made us feel comfortable and reassuring that we were getting the most efficient equipment for our home. He made us feel experience was what we were getting with Carjon. They also used new 454B equipment while the other quotes were still using outdated 410A. How long will it be before the old technology is outdate and parts hard to find? We went with the newer technology that Carjon was offering to us.
