Found water seepage around the toilet this morning. Called at 740am. They answered right away, had me scheduled between 2-6pm they were right in that time frame. Bailey inspected the area said they could just reseal the toilet but also said due to the age we may get a leak from the tank. I definitely understood that since the toilet is 40+ years old. So I decided on a replacement within 2hrs it was all said and done. That includes going and getting the new toilet. Even better they haul away the old one also. I think the price was very fair for what had to be done and being on the 3rd floor. They checked for leaks when done and they have a 1yr parts and labor warranty. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing problems and they also to gas leak repairs also. Also Bailey was absolute
