Superior Fence & Rail of Cleveland

I used Superior after multiple quotes from other companies that either didn’t even show up or were much higher and I had to wait days/weeks for a quote. Our salesman Michael was on time and had a detailed quote with a picture of the outline including our 3 dogs in it! I booked an hour later and they were able to give a soonish date of 6 weeks in the dead of winter. Danielle was awesome with communication and very accommodating. Our crew showed up early and started right away. I apologize I do not know their names but it was a crew of 4 men. They started at 9:30 am and were completely done by 3:30! They didn’t stop and worked their tails off. Our fence looks beautiful! It’s nicely made and we couldn’t be happier! I’ve already recommended them to family. Thanks again!

My fence is beautiful! Connor was great to work. He is personable, knowledgeable and communicates well. The installation crew was fast and a beautiful job. Jessica in the office was so responsive! I couldn’t be more pleased.

Adrian was our salesman and he was professional and kind. He was quick to respond and if he didn’t know the answers, he found them out and got back to us quickly. Reggie & team were quick and efficient and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They even took down the wood covering our sliding door for us, which was a nice added bonus. We’re happy with the way our fence turned out & would recommend.

We Love It! Including our Dog! Junior and his team were fast with the installation. They explained everything they were doing and went exactly by our design. They cleaned up after themselves. Our neighbors even were impressed by how fast they worked. Thank you for making dog happy..😊

Alberto & his co-worker were extremely polite and respectful. They arrived @ 9am and were complete by 4pm. His team was affiliated through Superior Fence Co & I highly recommend them. The process was efficient, the communication was above standard and the people are just amazing. My family & I appreciate your work ethic and attention to detail. They even went above and beyond to accommodate gaps for our dog and two girls to safely roam around the backyard. I’ve attached before and after photos.
