Brian was on time with a phone call letting me know he was on his way. He assessed my washer then we discussed the options I had to do repair of a belt vs replacement of another lid part, vs purchasing a new and different brand of washer. He also recommended the best place to purchase the washer that would be reasonably priced and reliable with installation and any future issues. He was very professional and I would highly recommend HTB appliance and air service for any appliance issues you might encounter.
