Mike and his team are very professional. He always finds solutions to any project that was requested to be completed (painting inside and out, deck and siding power washing and repairs, bathroom remodel, drywall repair). Craftsmanship is outstanding and worksite is always neat and clean when he is working or finished for the day. We highly recommend them for your home maintenance needs!!!

Years ago Mike and his crew painted a few rooms in our house. He was great! So next he did my office inside and out, then my parents entire house, then some crown molding, then some beautiful true board and baton. My wife and I call him the ghost. You leave for the day, you come home, everything back exactly where it was, the only difference being the work is done. Truly outstanding!

Mike did an excellent job installing a railing over sunken basement steps, removing and then repouring a section of sidewalk, and also providing drywall repairs and a small new portion of drywall. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and does great work. I've used him before and would not hesitate to do so again.

We have had Carman Maintenance do work at our previous home & now after we have moved. Excellent workmanship by a reliable & talented company. Very honest too, which was important to us.
