Lothorian has been opening/closing our pool and repairing our pool equipment for about 17 years. We decided to renovate our pool in 2022, and there was no question that we would use Lothorian. Throughout the process, we had at least 3 people at Lothorian that we could reach out to, to answer ALL the questions and address any concerns that we had. Before the project started, Lothorian took us to other clients pools to show us pool finishes/concrete decking that we had questions about. Lothorian Pools built our pool about seven years ago. The entire process went extremely well. Since then Corey, Cindi, Brian and Terri have kept the pool in top condition. They are in constant contact and I have never had a single problem that hasn’t been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will use them as long as I have a pool! Remember…you get what you pay for. I once heard, “pools are great but pool companies are not.” Lothorian is the opposite of that statement!

We contracted with Lothorian for a.major pool renovation to include all new decking, all new coping and completely resurfacing the pool with pebble tech. The overall experience was exceptional. Each of the crews that was brought on to site to perform their specific craft was outstanding. Everyone that worked on our property was respectful to our family and the property. I would highly recommend Lothorian to other potential clients for this type of work. They truly are the best in the industry in this area.

Everyone we worked with was helpful, quick to respond, and very easy to work with. From the beginning of the design process through construction, everything was organized and timely. We thoroughly enjoyed everyone we met throughout the process and we ended up with a beautiful pool that exceeded our high expectations. Now that we are fully built, we have moved onto maintenance and everything has been taken care of proactively, allowing us and our children to just enjoy the pool.
