Honest guy when I asked for Scotchguard and he explained why I didn't need it. I will DEFINITELY use his services again when I need them! ALSO, he uses a customized portable machine instead of a truck mounted system which is perfect for anyone living in a multistory condo building. I can't say enough about how happy we are with how clean Charlie got our carpets. His attention to detail and the extra scrubbing he did on the stairs and some of the tougher spots was amazing. We recently moved into our home and had no idea that our upstairs carpet had a slight pattern to it until Charlie cleaned it. Very professional and on time.
