THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! I was referred to Gresham by a friend. He was very nice and receptive to my needs. I was fearful that I wouldn't be able to get a granite I liked at my price point but not only did he get me what I wanted, the installers did a better than expected installation!! Everyone was fantastic, from measurements, template design, scheduling, installation, etc. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I am soooo appreciative of Gresham and the staffs efforts. Look no further if you need countertops installed! My backsplash is not in yet but I couldn't wait to share pics!

I was completely taken aback by how CCKB handled our installation—and the customer service was even worse. If you want the short version: unless everything goes perfectly, you’re risking your hard-earned money. Keep this in mind, I spent over $5,000 for a countertop and was provided something incorrect, and was mocked for thinking someone should apologize. If your installation is straightforward, you might be fine. But if anything—anything—goes wrong, be prepared. The end result is great. The journey to get there was way harder than it should be. We had a very very hard time getting quotes outside of “in house” items. I would also recommend if you use this company to keep an eye out for additional add on line items in quotes that aren’t in the final price. We were shocked with a 70% mark up on the final quote and basically talked down to since we didn’t really all of the line item fine print that wasn’t in the any of the previous final pricing. Also I am Shocked and horrified at the workers safety conditions who install the quartz. They wore no masks, no gloves and didn’t open a door or window in our home even with the chemical smell being overwhelmingly dangerous. I continued to ask them to open doors and offered them masks. God-awful customer service. The initial meeting and discussion of our project went smoothly enough but follow-up communication and service was non-existent. Both myself and a decades-long family friend of the proprietor had phone calls and emails ghosted by Gresham Riggs weeks prior to and during 2 separate site visits from out of town. The excuse was that he was "in the middle of a 3 million dollar move" but the 2 visits were 5 weeks apart and he could not be bothered to respond to any of our phone calls. We received far better response and service by Gray at Upon the Rock Granite and Marble in Wake Forest.

Excellent job on our new granite countertops. Clear communication. Team that installed was fast, professional and did a perfect job. Could not have gone smoother. Gresham and everyone on his team was very responsive. Highly recommend.
