Joe Hedrick and his installers did an amazing shower remodel in our master bathroom! He listened to all the requirements we had and helped make functional and style decisions along with us using his long experience for bathroom updates. His communication from start to finish was thorough and consistent from evaluation, ordering, delivery, installation and follow up. His installers ( Bill, John & Michael) were on time, professional, experienced craftsman, polite and clean. We loved our finished Onyx installation!!! An absolutely wonderful experience with Carolina Custom Tub and Tile! Out with the old jacuzzi and in with a beautiful walk in shower! We transitioned the very small shower space to a unique little nook giving us extra storage; the work crew was dependable and courteous; they were truly experts who helped us tremendously! We are grateful!

Joe and his crew gave us exactly what we wanted and needed for my 86 Year old father. He can now get into and out of the shower by himself and clean his self with out any assistance. The whole job was top notch! No mess left behind. I'm also getting Joe and his crew to install a new shower at my house. Very trustworthy.
