We had the full exterior replaced after repairing the old fiber siding for 30 years. Carolina Ext installed Hardie & PVC, 6" gutters. One of the biggest value adds was working with their on-site general manager Mark Pegram who stayed on top of the work crews 24/7 insuring everything was done right and that your interests & directions were properly conveyed to the work crews to insure all your updates were implemented in a timely fashion. Had some interior water damage that was difficult to pin down where the water was infiltrating on 25 year old vinyl siding and windows, so we decided to reside the house to fix the outside problem before repairing the inside damage. Carolina Exteriors was easy to work with and the job was expertly completed, despite having a week of time interrupted by rain storms and even 3 days due to snow! We love the new color we chose and our home looks brand new again! Plus any damaged plywood was repaired, our home was properly wrapped with a moisture barrier, and the windows taped this time so the threat of a future water leak has been reduced. Great to work with and the project manager answered all of my questions along the way.

We had a relatively small job: replacing the surface of our small deck. This organization was extremely responsive and professional. They accommodated our need to get the work done quickly, and did a first class job. I am sure it could have been done more cheaply ( the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the organization made it worth our while.
