Jacob and his team were kind, knowledgeable, responsive and we are couldn’t be happier with the outcome in the designing of our landscape. We get compliments on our landscaping all the time! Lack of communication, install went well however trying to get dead warranty plants replaced took multiple calls and text, our rain gaurd we purchased found out was not working 4 months later because all parts not installed, now 21 months later still trying to get owner Mark to remove palm tree braces his materials to which he replied its not a warranty its a favor .They are his strappings, and braces he told us he would remove to use on future sites. They are still here!
