My wife and I loved working with Joe Anderson to find the right water heater and get it installed. Joe was very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained quite thoroughly our options. He spent a lot of time with us and both my wife and I saw very quickly that this was a man that we could trust. He told us that we didn't need the Cadillac of tankless water heaters given the size of our house and water usage and helped us pick a great new water heater that met our needs. His technicians came out within a couple of days and did a great job installing the water heater in one day. We liked working with Joe so much that we made plans to have him do all of the plumbing renovations for the house. William is extremely professional and I felt that the project was in very capable hands. Both he and his assistant were very gracious and easy to communicate with. They took the time to fully explain to me what they had done and how the system worked. They were also incredibly neat and tidy. I could not determine where William had cut back the grass. Everything looks great and we look forward to using our new water filtration system. Thank you for a job well done!

We were desperately in need of a water heater replacement and Dependable Plumbing not only came in with the best price for a difficult installation but installed the new system in a very impressive timeframe. Edward returned later to check the install and found a pinhole leak in the water heater which was a manufacture defect in the heater itself (not caused by the install). Edward fixed the problem immediately and, instead of covering up the problem and moving to the next job (as many plumbers with less integrity would have done), notified us of the issue which we would never have even known about. Even though the repair fixed the problem, Edward ordered a brand-new water heater and installed it two days later for no additional cost. I cannot say how impressed we are with both the qua
