Waccamaw Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

We had our winter HVAC maintenance service done today by Nathan. He texted before he came and arrived in a timely manner. Our WiFi controlled thermostat had lost its connection to the router. It took several attempts to get my phone reconnected to my app, and Nathan hung with it til it was reconnected. Also our surge protector had been burned out and he replaced it. He did all of this in an efficient manner and was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

Joey Skaggs did our HVAC system maintenance recently and he was excellent. On time, professional, organized and thorough. He took pictures of his work and our system and explained everything that was done. Definitely would recommend Joey and Waccamaw!

Lucas did a great job. He was very professional and polite! My only concern was that we were not able to actually turn the heater on to test it because it was much too hot outside. I thought by the end of our middle of October it would’ve been a lot cooler for us to have the heater maintenance check since we get the air conditioning done in the spring and the heating done in the fall, but he did check it well And hopefully all would be good when we actually do it to put our heater on! Service was prompted on time. Diagnosis was accurate. Repairs came in on time. Original estimate was quite inclusive with no unforeseen charges after estimate. Crew was exceptionally polite. Couldn’t ask for a better experience or more technically talented individuals to work on my property.

As a single woman, I’m always a little nervous when I have to call for home repairs because you just never know who you can trust. I’m so grateful I found them. Wayne and his helper ( sorry can’t remember his name) was honest, respectful, and incredibly professional from start to finish. They not only fixed my toilet quickly but also took the time to look around and discovered that a leak I’d been worried about was actually coming from my irrigation system—not inside the house like I feared. That extra effort meant so much to me. It’s such a relief to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing and helping their customers. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!
