Highly recommend. This is the first company that has sent an HVAC technician that actually explains to us what's going on with our system. We have really come to trust Mathew, his opinion and guidance as we have maneuvered humidity and environmental challenges in our home. When we originally started working with Coastal Heating and Air, the owner weighed in too. A positive change from past experiences with other HVAC companies.

Matt was very thorough, and courteous. He carefully checked both the outdoor compressor, and heat pump. He was able to get my heat pump working more efficiently again thanks to finding some faulty connections. I highly recommend Coastal Heating & Cooling.

The staff at Costal Cooling were all great folks to work with during our new HVAC unit install. We were most impressed with installation staff Nick Scarpa & Ramsey Richardson. They came in and worked hard for 2 full days, and only took 1 short break. Never once did they complain about the heat or ripping out insulation in the attic. They were friendly & easy to be around; trustworthy. We also thank Ryan Brown for educating us on HVAC systems, and Chad Richards who worked with us on our quotes. We would definitely 👍 recommend this group to anyone with HVAC needs/ work to be done.

Switching to Coastal Heating and Air has been a game changer! Everyone is nice and so professional. Every tech we’ve had has been thorough and knowledgeable. We had a unit installed incorrectly by another company and had constant issues. Coastal had to redo a lot of the installation work; they did a wonderful job! We can finally trust our system to work. We are also on their maintenance plan - the service has been great and the reports back from the tech are thorough. . I highly recommend them!

Jenna received my call for heating problem with hvac. Immediately put me in touch with Logan. Logan arrived within an hour. Worked diligently to fix our problem. Logan was very polite and very well mannered. Very professional ; he knows his stuff. Will recommend and use this company again.
