The technicians were proficient and the installation of the mini split in the new sunroom was done well. There was a delay in the final installation due to a replacement part on back order, but there was good communication about the issue and the company was proactive in working to resolve the issue. We are very happy with the quality of the installation and the responsiveness to timelines and resolution of the part replacement.

As always, the Grayman technicians were extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable. Making an appointment is very easy and the technicians always call to confirm and let you know when they will be at your house. Always on time.

I want to give a big shout out to Grayman & the crew that works there. Im renting a unit & sadly the AC Unit went out (as it was an old unit). They came to the rescue. The guys were genuine, down to earth, professional, timely, fast, & neat with the cleanup. I truly appreciate the service & highly recommend to anyone needing AC or HVAC repairs. (Big shout out to Chris, Eli, Justin, & Ian. These are a few of the great guys i met in person). There was another guy who came by earlier in the week who was cool as well but I don't have his name sadly. I did speak to Kevin (Management/Ownership) and he was super nice & professional as well.
