Carolyn's Landscaping & Nursery

I would never use this service for personal landscaping, but my HOA does so I'm in a pickle. Their crew drove over my lawn after a big rain leaving 2 deep ruts. The worst was 3 feet in from the street. The event was caught on a security camera and presented directly to Carolyn's management and Joe Naughton dismissed the entire event passing me on to our HOA management. I would never do business with a company that will not accept responsibility and accountability for its crews' actions by passing the issue to an HOA management company that is also "averagely rated" as 3.2/5.0 in Hilton Head with many negative reviews.

Shockingly bad service. After taking nearly a year for some fairly simple landscaping, we still had numerous plants missing. Two huge piles of pavers were just left in the yard for months. But the maintenence side was even worse. Crew would come for less than 5 minutes, then leave, graas not cut, no plants trimmed. We even paid extra for the 'horticultural program' and after two months we have more weeds than when they started, pine cones everywhere, and some of the plants THEY INSTALLED have died already. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This company is amazing. We had an unexpected event in which our sprinkler system was broken and we were left without water. After the initial call, someone was out and we had water within 2 hours. Truly a great team and great service! Thank you!!

Their company truck hit my vehicle, it's on my dashcam and they refuse to fully repair my vehicle. Going to have to file a claim with their insurance now since they have no decency.

There is absolutely no reason that I should be woken up at 8 am on my last day of vacation. Not only that, but they came up on the balcony and the front porch. This is a complete invasion of privacy had I been the type of person to not have clothes on in my room. I know they must have other places to visit but seriously.
