Carpet Capitol

I have been wanting this rug for a while and the price was what always held me back. It went on clearance and I finally decided to buy it. The issue with the room and standard rug sizes was that 5x8 was too small but 6x9 was too big. This rug was only available in 8x11 so I started looking locally for a place to cut to a custom size and finish the edges. I am so glad that I found Carpet Capital Flooring. I called and spoke to Jeremy who patiently answered all of my questions and gave me info on pricing. The price was extremely reasonable and the location was convenient. I called within the one year warranty period because my carpet was pulling away from the wall shortly after installation. It was shredding and separating at the seams and doorways. The owner, Josh, came to my home twice to do a patch work job to fix the issue. He literally cut pieces and stapled them to fix the gap near the wall because he didn't want to "stretch the carpet" anymore. He blamed my vacuum stating that, "it is too powerful and that's why the carpet detached." I have always lived in carpeted homes and NEVER had an issue with a vacuum causing this issue. In actuality, the staples used weren't long enough to penetrate the carpet and padding and reach the floor. I stated it looks bad and he basically said," That part won't be seen bc the bed is there." We came to Carpet Capitol with a nearly impossible task. We needed a custom sized rug to fit a very large, irregularly shaped room. We loved working with Josh. He did not pressure us into anything but helped us to understand all of our options and allowed us to make the decisions. He also came right to our house and fit the rug to work perfectly in the room. He even got our preschooler and toddler involved with "helping." It was such a pleasure to work with Carpet Capitol and we will definitely return with any other flooring needs. We have been really pleased with the quality of the carpet as well.

What a great company to deal with! They have a huge selection of carpeting and other flooring types. Jeremy, in the office, helped me find a remnant that was perfect for our bedroom. Josh, the owner, came out to measure the space, and sent me a quote the same day. We had a short deadline, but Jeremy and Josh worked together to accommodate us. Daryl installed the new carpeting in just a few hours, and it looks beautiful. The price was right, too. Don't waste time going anywhere else!
