Ty at the Minocqua store was so helpful and made replacing our floors hassle free. Our sale was somewhat challenging because this was a vacation home that we only frequent periodically and the work was done during our absence. She inspected the work in progress, as well as notified us about problems that came up and potential solutions. We purchased premium vinyl and carpeting. I highly recommend her.
