I spent over $6000 on pavers and accessories. The Hazelhurst store was good to deal with. The delivery guy was great! I sent my wife to the Minocqua store to pick up sand. There was 8 fifty pound bags that were on a pallet in a pole building. She along with another female sales clerk had to load them onto a wagon and pull out and unload into the back of a car. They made 2 trips. As they were doing this there were several men driving around on forklifts.( I am not happy about that situation)

Poor customer service, spent $700 on a new chainsaw and mine was the only one that didnt include a chain guard, they just kept saying they are short staffed. They also couldn't work on warranty work on my saw for weeks. 17 North repair in eagle river was great to work with.

We love the souvenirs we got from Northern Pines Greenery! The amount of items to choose from throughout is astonishing! Highly recommend stopping in when in town!

Do not buy Belgard pavers from here. Alec bragged to me how he owns the mold to the Lafitt pavers and they are basically his product and they have a lifetime warranty but good luck trying to get a warranty claim done. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops and talk to a sales rep named Tracy Elliot who won’t return your calls. First off the pavers were installed by a crooked contractor named Rolling Acres Landscaping who do the worst work ever and who Northern Pines Greenery and the sales rep are in cahoots with. Do not purchase Belgard products they’re worthless, they are 3/8 thinner than other brands such as County Pavers which makes them susceptible to breaking when compacted. Go online and read reviews on Belgard pavers people are saying the same thing bad company to work with. Rep

I must say, this place is unreal! The selection that that have is outstanding. I walked into the store, very clean I might say and and could not believe the size. I was searching for a snow blower and they had 4 major brands to chose from. I was at a local hardware store but they would not do the service and any service work would be provided by Northern Pines Greenery I was told. At that moment I wanted to see the selection they had to offer. I drove over there and like I said was impressed. Out of the four brands they had I walked out with a great 3- stage cub cadet. They prepped it, I only have used it one time, due to little snowfall. I told my neighbor and he now has purchased a snow blower from them as well. I usually dont right reviews but this store was top notch. I will be back fo
