Very professional, had some pipes break due to a faulty furnace and Tall Trees was recommended to me by a buddy. The guys were able to make it out fast, showed up right on time, worked hard all day to get the place fixed up and running and did an excellent job with the repair and cleanup. Was previously using Frasiers, but after having work done by both Frasiers and Tall Trees I can safely say I will be using Tall Trees from here on out.

I had given this company a 5 star review 3 years ago as they said i would get an immediate discount if i did so. I just came across that review again and wish to update. The company seems to have changed names 2 or 3 times since then. While they did unclog my septic lateral line, they charged me $1400 for the service. While they did show up and unclogged my line, in no way did I expect it to cost me $1400 for an hour. There was a high $ charge to just show up. Then they said they can use their camera to see what was clogging the line. I said "ok, go ahead " I wasn't told at that time they were going to charge me so they can use their camera. I don't care what they used, just clean my line out. The camera charge was another $250.. I paid and was hoping I'd never have to use them again. U

We had many burst pipes due to the heating going out. Logan was skilled at diagnosing where the burst pipes were and at minimizing the damage to our walls and ceilings. He was upfront about the cost and asked if we were OK with each fix as he did them.

I had a frozen drain pipe from our sump pump. Tall Pines came out, tapped the drain pipe into our main septic drain. Worked well. However, they didnt cover the exposed pipe they cut, which goes directly into the septic, so we could get septic fumes back in the basement. They also didnt fully check the sump pump drain that they just created, and the very next day it overflowed twice and water was all over the floor. I called numerous times, they finally called back and basically said it was a seperate issue. I nicely told them I was very dissapointed and would appreciate a credit back or something. They told me they were going to call back, and never did. This all costed me $1400, for literally maybe two hours of work and they hardly had to buy any parts. For your dignity and for your walle
