Pam did a great job. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Delivery and installation went as planned plus her installer did a great job. We chose Cortec Enhanced. It costs a little more but the edge detail and finish make it well worth the money. Pam carries all of the major brands and has completive pricing , so if you are in the Lake Texoma area their is no need to look anywhere else.

On very short notice I needed 3 bedrooms carpeted, and color matched to living room carpet I layer 3 yrs. prior. I did not know for sure what the name of my color was, Pam ordered from manufacturer a board of colors for me to see and match with a sample I had saved, we matched it perfect. Then on very short notice she scheduled installers so I could get it done before a holiday. The installer was awesome, polite and very professional. Thank you so much for all your hard work and going above and beyond for me.

Pam is amazing and truly cares about her customers. Highly recommend for great quality flooring at really affordable prices. We have been doing business with her for years, so happy she owns her own place now.

Proper measurements were given for our shower tile, and unfortunately were not used. Different measurements were taken by the office and we have 4 FULL boxes of tile and half of another box which put us over budget. When we attempted to return, Pam did not accept them. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Shared with my experience with my family who is also planning to build on the lots near us to use a different supplier or go to Lowe's.

Pam is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and always helps to make sure you are getting your money's worth. So thankful they are local and close to us.
