Carpet Doctor Rochester

I’ve been using Carpet Doctor for at least 14 years now. Adam and his team are reliable, reasonable and highly skilled! I’m never disappointed and always look forward to a carpet refresh after the job is done.

Adam did an amazing job with cleaning our carpets. We had several stains we didn’t think would come out but he was able to get the carpets looking brand new! He was quick and affordable. We will absolutely be using him again!

We use Carpet Doctor for our commercial and residential needs. Today I called with an Emergency (flood) and they were out within an hour! They are the best in the area and very responsive. I would recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning or water extraction.

Hopped on to update - this is my 3rd time using Carpet Doctor and I continue to have exceptional service and results. As a renter and a Mom with a kiddo who has allergies, I keep up on carpet and furniture cleaning because of dirt/dust. The prices are excellent. I will continue to recommend and use Carpet Doctor

They were quick to respond to my emails and were able to get me in within the week to have all the air ducts in my house cleaned. My ducts went from about an inch of dust and pet hair to spotless. Didn't even realize the smell coming from my basement almost disappeared thanks to the job these guys did! I high recommend these guys if you are looking to have your air ducts cleaned for a good price.
