Carpet exchange is a lovely, family owned carpet store that should be everyones go to destination if they are looking for carpet in the area. To start the staff are very friendly. Mrs. Sandra was a pleasure to work with and she is very knowledgable about not only carpet but interior design. She was very helpful with making my vision come to life. The son and father are also very pleasant and were cracking jokes with me the whole time! In a world where everything is sold by big box stores and made poorly I was shocked to find such amazing carpet at this price. When comparing the quality to other popular stores the carpet in this store was 10x better quality with even better prices. They have a huge warehouse which has rolls and remnants and the carpets in stock are 50% off and more. I canno

I was looking for an unusual color of gold and found the perfect one. It’s a family owned and operated business and the only better staff is helpful. Their prices and very reasonable and the installation was great. I highly recommend them.

The warm and friendly Ms.Sandra was helpful and sweet.She was respectful and professional. This is my third purchase from this business. All was fine until the son of the owner asked me a ( a lady with a shoeboot from foot surgery) to help him lift the carpet into my truck! This made C.J. and the store lose points. After spending over 1k in this economy. Let's see if I will be a returning customer. Ms.Sandra is their saving grace.

Very unprofessional company in every aspect. Person laying out the carpet does not communicate with his installers on how it’s laid out. I had to send home the initial installer because he said it was all wrong. There are lines or seams noticeable everywhere. We paid for ‘premium’ padding and got the thinnest cheapest padding ever. It feels like you’re walking on the wood. Owner is arrogant and does not have any customer service skills. Do not use.

Wish I went with Lowes but, instead made the mistake of wanting to support a smaller business. The quality of the rug we had installed and the padding is the worst possible quality for the high price we paid. The quality carpet I would have had, had I went with Lowes would have lasted a lifetime. I’ll be lucky if this rug holds up 5yrs (that’s being generous) The carpet was installed terribly and there are multiple visible lines in the carpet that have not gone away in months after having it installed. The installer even said the carpet was cut wrong initially. The owner was very rude when communicating. Overall regret even changing the original carpet because the old carpet was premium quality, now I’m stuck with carpet that feels like walking on a hardwood floor. Lesson learned and won’t
