Carpet One Pawley's Island

I have been dealing with Williams Carpet for several years now. I moved away from Pawleys Island and just moved back again. I am re-doing the carpet & Hard wood in the new house we just bought, so as usual - I went back to William's for my flooring needs. I was treated WONDERFULLY! They have just ordered my carpets as well as (2) area rugs, and a BEAUTIFUL hardwood for the living area - I will post another review once my house is complete - because I've read the previous review... And I could NOT DISAGREE MORE! I have found nothing but nice, courteous service, and kindness while shopping and working with the folks. I would recommend them to anyone!

Robin is top notch! We wanted to remove carpeting in family room and bedroom and lay wood flooring. However, it had to match existing flooring in remainder of 1st floor. A difficult task on a 17 year old floor. Robin tracked it down and it looks amazing!! Installers were quick, efficient and neat also! This is my 2nd positive experience with Carpet One .

This company saves you money. I had to replace a 14 X 14 area rug made from a specific patterned and make carpet with finished edges and their quote came in 40% less than Carpet One. The difference was great enough to cause me to worry a little. Triggered the "what's the catch" response. Everything went exactly like I hoped. They even marked exactly where the furniture was so I literally could not tell the rug had been replaced until I looked for the spot that caused the replacement. I wouldn't have even thought to mark the furniture location. Maybe that's common. Maybe it's not.

A little pricey, they're back loading yard is a mess, our shower pan was snapped in half like somebody sat right in the middle of it. I recommend if you purchase anything from carpet One inspected before you leave.

Good carpet selection and the installation crew was excellent--fast and thorough.
