Carpet One Scotts

We had our kitchen floor redone two years ago by Carpet One and already had one piece reinstalled due to cracking just months after. Now, we have pieces sliding, cracking, etc. We already struggled with this project from the get-go stemming from the estimate for the work we wanted done to the installer breaking the trim, not replacing it, and no one being able to remedy the issue because the color of the trim couldn't be matched to the original color. The attached pictures are from three different spots throughout the kitchen making the room an eyesore. Do not recommend. We regret this project.

We had an excellent 5-star experience with Scott's Carpet One! We wanted to replace all the carpeting in our home with better quality carpet of a different color. It took a number of samples and our considering and reconsidering our choices. Everybody in the showroom was super accommodating and patient as we tried to make our decision. We knew that the installers were scheduled out and that it might take a while for the carpet that we ordered to come in. That was actually good, because we intended to try and get rid of stuff that we really didn't need. (That wasn't entirely successful, but we did get rid of a little bit.) The installers were a team of 3 men. Apparently the lead installer had worked with a neighbors son. That neighbor told us later that the lead was one of the best in th

David and his team did a fantastic job on tiling my bathroom shower. From the start, working with the sales team to selecting my tiles, and continuing on through the process till the job was completed was enjoyable and easy, and the result...just what I was hope for. Thank you all for a job well-done.
