I bought a whole house water softener and a reverse osmosis purification system. The installation crew came and got right to work. They were very professional and answered all questions that my wife and I had. Once they finished with the install they cleaned the areas and then thoroughly explained both systems to us. They left they're contact information in case we had any issues or concerns. All in all we couldn't be happier with our experience with Carroll Water. And the rebates for Costco customers was a welcomed surprise!

The technician that came to our home, Jake Pinkine, was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. We were his last stop at what I’m sure was a very long day for him but you would’ve never known it by his friendly demeanor. He thoroughly checked all aspects of our water and water softener and explained everything he found in great detail. I’m grateful for Jake and the excellent service he provided.
