I would give Shawn and his professional assistant Santiago 10 stars if I could!! I never even heard of the concept of refurbishing a carpet rather than replacing them, and Shawn carefully explained how carpet can be professionally cleaned, cut and stretched, removing decades of wear in less than a full day. The results were nothing short of ASTONISHING. Years of dirt, rumbles, and those gray edges in all rooms and on all my stairs: GONE!! What was left wash a fresh scent, cleaned carpets nicely fluffed up material, and gone were 20 years of wear and tear. This was performed by Shawn and his team in less than a day, on almost all of the carpeting in my 2300 square foot home. Have utilized Extreme Carpet Cleaning on a few occasions to clean an outdoor terrace carpet. The last time Shawn came out he told me the carpet was in such poor shape that another cleaning wasn’t worth it. He was right. I knew he also sold and installed outdoor carpet so we worked together to find a solution. We bought a carpet that just wasn’t made well. Shawn advocated for us with the manufacturer and they agreed to replace it. We followed his advice on choosing a replacement and let me tell you it is a fantastic addition to our residence. Moreover, his installation crew worked so hard to be as careful and precise as one could ask for. They made the day have a terrific outcome. I give this business my strongest possible recommendation.
