Highly recommend. We needed our water heater replaced and quickly. Donovan Waterworks managed to fit us in for a consult same-day and advised us on how to proceed. All the folks we spoke with were kind, honest, and very patient with our questions. They answered us in layman's terms without being condescending whatsoever. The plumbers who did the install were professional, responsive to our questions, and did great work. We love supporting local businesses who do quality work and care about our communities. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Donovan Waterworks and their entire team enough. I had a major issue with my main sewer line that caused my utility room to flood. It was my first time dealing with something like this, and I was extremely stressed and unsure what to do. Ashley was the first person I spoke with, and she was incredible. She was calm, empathetic, and reassuring. Even though they initially had no availability that day, she recognized how serious the situation was and called me back about 30 minutes later to fit me in the same day. Danni and her assistant came out to snake the line and were very professional and transparent about what they found. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush through the visit and made sure all my questions were answered. He also provided thoughtful and practical recommendations, which showed he truly cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend his services!

We’ve now used this plumbing company twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. Most recently, they installed a brand-new sump pump and removed our outdated system, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Before choosing them, I got quotes from two other companies and their pricing was easily the best without cutting corners on quality. They were professional, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. Customer service was top-tier, communication was clear, and they made everything stress-free. Excellent work at a very fair price, great at solving issues no matter how big or small. Donovan Waterworks should be your first call for plumbing services. Recently completed a large install for a water heater that was in a tricky place in an old house, and quickly resolved issues with hot water availability throughout the house. High praise for the quality of work, professional and friendly representatives, and expert plumbers. They were up front about costs and potential areas where I could save on the various projects, and clearly explained all my options before getting to work.
