I've purchased a bunch of tiling material from them and some hardwood. Very friendly and very helpful. Schluter thinset is much cheaper here than lowes and the very knowledgeable staff was available to answer any questions I had and give tips. I will be using them again once my project gets back on schedule.

Poor product responsibility and they have no contractors license, so you are stuck with the problem. UPDATE 2/2/25. floor material manufacturing co. agreed to an independent inspection paid for by them. A detailed report by inspector was sent to the manufacturer and they found it was not a product fault and the report was forwarded to the above company to go over this with me. Per mfg.rep. Carson agreed to contact me. That didn’t happen! After several attempts on my end by email! It’s been about a year since this inspection and my floors are still messed up with much noise when walking on them. A shout out to a good company Mullican floor mfg. for trying!

This is the second time Carson's has installed flooring for us. Both times they have been very professional and thorough. Excellent communication and customer service also.
