PermaTreat Pest & Termite Control

Nothing was on schedule. Day one auger broke and I was asked if I had a key to fit it. He's gone for 3 hours and comes back and auger still doesn't work. Day two, ran out of gas for auger and I was asked if I had gas/oil mix. Day 3, new tech using old auger bit has trouble all day. Asks me for a bandade for callus. Bait station not 10' apart and many were not flush to ground. Got him my pick to use on difficult hole. Tech actually called his step dad for advice. total cost was $2555.00

I initially called for extermination services over 1 year ago and received no communication. My most recent contact with the company was 1 month ago to set up pest control services. I was informed by the office that I would receive a call from an exterminator. Again, I have not been contacted. I will go with another company.

I paid for a fungus repair/spray in the crawlspace of my house. They did the first 6 feet, charge me for the entire underneath, and the fungus still exists. When I called them, they said they only give a 30 day guarantee but they're happy to retreat for a 50% of what I paid the first time. Perhaps the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of credibility, workmanship, and lies. They sent a "man" to the house and aggravated my wife so bad with his BS That she fired him on the spot from our termite account as well. Wouldn't call them again if they're the last company in the county

This office does not even exist. It is part of PermaTreat’s scam to make potential customers believe they are local. It is only a vacant room with an empty desk! The office is a scam and the company is a scam. I paid them thousands to rid my house of termites and got nothing but months of extensive damage while waiting for them to provide the service I paid for. I got nothing for my money but lots and lots and lots more termites. I can’t understand how PermaTreat is allowed to remain in business.

I am a new customer of PermaTreat having recently moved to the area. Your tech Stacy, has been wonderful! He calls to let me know when to expect him, and he sprays thoroughly, inside and out. He's always willing to give extra attention when and where it's needed. I've been really pleased with the service.
