Lowe's Home Improvement

I placed a pickup order at this Lowe’s yesterday and picked it up today. It went perfectly - with friendly and professional staff helping in all aspects of the pick up. Whatever this management team is doing to create such a team, customer focused experience- needs to be duplicated across all Lowe’s. We’ve always been surprised by the proactive, positive service at the Tappahanock Lowe’s!!

This store specifically out of all the Lowes in the entire country does not offer exchanges because associates don’t know how to do their job properly. So you have to purchase item twice while you wait 7-10 days for a return to clear. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard from a box store. Put it on the consumer to eat the cost while the kissing cousins in tappahannok lowes continue to drool on the counter.

Customer service is less than satisfactory. Much better off dealing elsewhere. With a local company that appreciates your business. Stood in the electrical isle for 15-20 minutes after pushing the button. Calling the store from my cell phone. Eventually just left and purchased else where

After about 3k of spending I better not say anything negative. Wonderful staff and very good deals in my opinion 👍

Outstanding garden section. So much variety, I could make a calendar of all the photos I took inside the garden center.
