Todd came out to help and was really professional, taking extra time to make sure my chimney was cleaned well. He also explained how I could keep my fireplace in good shape. Before this, I had a different company check my chimney, but they seemed more interested in selling me things than actually helping. With Todd, I felt comfortable and trusted that he cared about what was best for my home. I'll definitely call again for any chimney or fireplace service in the future.

i called carson's chimney service to have our chimney checked out since we hadn't used it in years. so glad i did! todd came over and did a really detailed cleaning, making sure every part of the chimney and fireplace was safe and ready to use. he gave us some easy tips on keeping things in good shape, but wasn't pushy at all. todd wore booties inside and left the place spotless after he finished. thanks to this visit, we felt confident lighting up our fireplace and enjoying it. definitely recommend for anyone needing a chimney sweep or just some friendly advice!
