Jason and Ethan were extremely polite, professional and treated our home with care lining the carpet areas with plastic and wearing shoe covers. They were able to get out within a day to replace our hot water heater that was on the third floor attic. The company phone contact was super friendly and helpful. Company was able to send a technician immediately for an emergency septic backup which had potential to ruin things inside the house. The technician Douglas was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and explained everything clearly so that we as homeowners could make the best decision. Douglas worked very hard to find and expose the septic tank, then performed the pumping operation to satisfactory completion despite cold , some rain and approaching darkness. We were very impressed with Douglas and with the company. Charges were reasonable and competitive with other area companies. Definitely recommend the company.
