Heinz and Erika are the most incredible, gracious people I know and their business is a reflection of that. I brought my Saeco Royal Digital Plus to The Boss ER and he tried everything to bring it back to working condition. Unfortunately the board was fried and replacements are nowhere to be found. He saved it once before and gave it another 6 years! I purchased a DE'LONGHI refurb and have been very impressed with the performance and THE COFFEE BOSS service!!! Heinz and Erika even sent me off with a 2 pound bag of their roasted beans. DELICIOUS! Every time I brew I am reminded of Heinz and Erika - their passion for coffee, white glove service and kindness. After 18+ years, our Saeco Royal Professional stopped working. I contacted the coffee boss (Heinz Boss) and he promptly called. An hour drive and an hour of technical expertise (truly amazing to watch) got us back on track to having THE best coffee again. Thank you so much for fixing our cherished machine!

Rarely do you encounter a complete professional, and when you do, shout out to others. Heinz and Erika are a class-act and wonderfully repaired and communicated about our DeLonghi automatic expresso maker. They even followed up with life-care instructions. We had 8,000 cups on our "Magnifica" (I didn't even know there was an internal counter) and with Heinz expertise, we can expect another 20,000. Thank-you kind couple.

Heinz is awesome and so very nice! He knows his machines! He also explained things to me and taught me what to do and what not to do to maintain my machine, even though I was following my manual. He is super knowledgeable and does a great job!
