Joel came out per my request to estimate the replacement of my entire HVAC system. Hubbard was recommended by a neighbor down the street. The heat exchanger had cracked and as the system was 18 years old, I decided it was wise to replace everything. The crew was very courteous, neat, hard working and took precautions to protect our new flooring. They began around 9am and were finished by mid-afternoon. Before I called Hubbard, I first had the company I had been using for biannual maintenance give me an estimate as well. After Joel came by, I had a third quote from a company with 5-star reviews. I don't normally shop around for certain things but with the amount of money involved, I felt I needed to. Here's the clincher. The company I've used in the past came in with a quote $3,667

Joel came out and diagnosed the problem with our 13 year old system very quickly (Another company had taken 4+ hours) He clearly discussed the pros and cons of replacement vs repair to our HVAC, in a very honest way. He then fit us into an already full schedule for the repair. Hubbard prices were 25% below those I got from the other company. Thank you so much to Hubbard!! Hubbard Heating and Cooling is an amazing company! I had other companies come and estimate the repair at $1,500, but when I called Hubbard Heating, they fixed it for less than $300. They are honest, fair, and truly care about their customers. Joel was especially wonderful — professional, kind, and hardworking. He did a great job for me, and I really appreciate his help.
