We would highly recommend Port’s. When we called, the phone was immediately answered, they were very friendly and got us lined up with a technician. The technician came here very timely, the office called us when he was on his way, he diagnosed the problem, was very polite, knowledgeable, experienced, and he even put on shoe covers and we never even had to ask. (The small things show respect.) Our technician was Eric. We felt like the cost was very reasonable. Would use them again, and will, without hesitation!

We just had our winter maintenance and found our tech Christian to be knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He explained everything clearly and suggested that we consider surge protectors for both the heat and AC. It was not a hard sell at all but a valuable and worthwhile suggestion. My husband who is knowledgeable in this area agreed and appreciated that he brought the idea up. We got one for each unit. Along with the excellent experience with Christian the ladies who handle the phones are also very pleasant and helpful to deal wiht.

I was due for my annual maintenance and my heat wasn’t working. Christian got my heat working and completed my annual maintenance. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He went above and beyond. Port’s is always there when i need them! Also want to give a very long overdue shout out to Joey! My AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year and he came out after hours to get my AC up and running! Port’s has the best technicians!

Heating unit wouldn't start up. Called ports and a young man by the name Christian came out and got it up and going I think that he is a credit to the company. He was well mannered and courtis. It was a pleasure to talk with him and to have him at my home !!
