I cannot say enough amazing things about Mat and this company. I will recommend them to everyone. He explained the issues in a calm manner and the next steps we had to have the septic tank drained once that was complete they came out and to recheck and determined it was a separate septic field issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Mat and Carters plumbing.

Dante took the time to listen to what we had to say, let us know what he needed to do, and did a great job with explaining every step of the diagnosis and repairs needed. Dante was kind and did really well with all of our animals too- specially with one of the cats who joined Dante as an apprentice to help make sure the job was done to completion. 😁

Mat from Carter’s Plumbing did an amazing job installing two tankless water heaters to replace our failed traditional 80 gallon hot water tank. It was a complicated install that took 2 days. He and his colleague were very professional, cleaned up to where the basement area where the system is looks cleaner than when they came! While it was expensive, it was definitely worth it, especially after having no hot water for 4 days in a household of 6 people! They responded with emergency service and came to our house to diagnose the problem within an hour on Saturday morning. Mat provided 3 very detailed options to choose from. He patiently explained the pros & cons of each option, including cost and timing of each. He also emailed us a detailed quote for each option. We chose the best option

Dante came out to help us and was so kind, and incredibly helpful. He was incredibly professional and personable, and so kind to my kids and pets as well! The team was so helpful with financing and fixed out issues quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.
