Awful warranty and customer service experience We contacted Cascade Windows about a failed window seal and got nothing but runaround. They repeatedly demanded paperwork homeowners are rarely given and kept moving the goalposts instead of helping. The tone was dismissive and gaslighting, as if the issue was our fault. Federal warranty principles exist to prevent exactly this kind of nonsense, yet they were ignored. We finally paid out of pocket just to be done. If you expect honest warranty support, look elsewhere.

Two weeks with no response from Cascade Windows to the review below. (posted on 3/13) Picture is an example of the smearing between the panes of glass that is evident in ALL eleven of the last round of window replacements. Writing this review to inform the owner of the extremely poor customer service, and quality of materials, we have experienced. For two years Cascade Windows has failed, on multiple attempts, to replace our defective windows with windows that are not defective. (Original windows had lost their seal and were foggy) Each time they have installed windows with noticeable smudges, fingerprints, debris, and/or scratches between the panes of glass. Cascade had knowledge of manufacturing issues around Nov 2021 that led to windows leaking but never informed customers. I want some answers to why I was not notified that when my windows where manufactured Cascade was having issues with the seam sealing machine not heating up to the right temp which made holes in the vinyl allowing water to leak. Why was I not informed? I could have checked these windows for leaks during construction. Why stay silent ? Cascade sold me a product that was defective, why should i be stuck with the cost? Why did cascade not check there product for leaks before they shipped them? How is it right that Cascade's warranty only covers them replacing the window and not any of the labor, materials and water damage that is caused by a manufacturing issue that they

We installed, through our local glass company, Cascade windows in our new home 9 years ago and were very happy with them. A few months ago one of the windows failed and I have gone through customer service hell ever since. After accepting my warranty claim an installer showed up with the replacement window but did not feel comfortable replacing it by himself due to the height off the ground. He left the window here and a return visit was schedule for April 5 between 9 and 10. They were a no show! Calls and emails to Pam Tibry, their Warranty Claims Lead, went no where.....she didn't respond. Cornerstone needs to learn how to provide customer service and show they stand behind their product.

We purchased windows and doors through Cascade for a new build. They were delayed but not by much. The clay option is beautiful. The windows look and feel fantastic. My experience with the ordering, amending and delivery were all superb. A gentleman in the delivery department addressed a question I had about the second part of our delivery in a courteous and succinct fashion. 10/10 experience for us. Should we need additional windows in the future, Cascade has our business.
