As an architect, having reliable and knowledgeable contractors as a resource is invaluable. Being able to refer clients to trusted professionals can be integral to a successful project. Cascadia Construction is that and more. The project managers are great to work with and always proactive in the projects we collaborate on. I cannot recommend them enough!

TLDR: would highly recommend, will do business with them again and are stoked we finally have "found our people" to work with moving forward. We had some exterior repair and remodeling of our front porch that was scoped with our roofing company, but their timeline was not going to meet weathers deadline. We completely pivoted to a new recommended painting company who gave us Chandlers contact info to beat the rain. Chandler came out promptly and provided us with an estimate for the potential scope of work. We've been working with Chandler Boyd from Cascadia for almost two years. We are so pleased with the improvements to our home and the minimal impact on our lives. WOW! We started our remodel/addition unsure of the process. We had never done a remodel like this before. We did our homework and researched the best company to remodel our home and Cascadia came with high marks. Our research was spot on. We made the right choice! Cascadia Construction exceeded our expectations. Their quality, concern about details, active listening, and concern about our desires and wants was, well, EXCEPTIONAL!
