Chad was great! He answered all my questions openly and honestly, the price was very reasonable, and the install of my new heat pump went smoothly. His team worked efficiently on the new install/old heat pump removal and they also moved some vents around for me. He even came back after the install to answer some additional questions/address concerns I had. Chad and team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend!

Great team of workers, great owner and sales team. Nice family company. Great price with high quality equipment. I used a different big hvac company to put mini splits in our other house and they charged double what I paid Sterling and not as clean a installation. No question who I will use in the future.
