After some initial miscommunication around the scheduling of our appointment we have a brand new AC unit installed and I’m pleased with the work. The crew stayed until 10:30pm to finish the job and made sure we were pleased with the unit before they left. I appreciate the hard work and customer service. We needed a narrow air conditioner and they delivered a unit that was better than what any of their competitors offered. It’s nice to work with a smaller company that cares and goes the extra mile.

Fast, efficient, professional and very friendly. I just had an air conditioner installed at my new home and I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. David was able to come out to my home the same day I called to get a quote for the project. He was professional, friendly, and very informative about what size unit would work best for my home and location of the unit. Our furnace went out two days after Christmas which came as a surprise. Thankfully Andrea in the office got Alex out right away and he found that the unit was a mess and desperately needed replaced. Andrea quickly emailed me the specs on the new Carrier unit that would be installed and Alex came by after work hours to finish the sale. The install went well and communication was always excellent. I would highly recommend this business and look forward to improving our home with them in the future. The price was very fair for the high quality product delivered and installed.

Our HVAC system was making a strange noise. I called a few companies and no one come come out for a few days. I called Washougal Heating & Cooling and they made an appointment for that day. They send me an email confirming the appointment and time, and a text. Sam, the technician called me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. I then asked if they could do a maintenance visit on our HVAC as it was older and we were worried about it. Sam pent over an hour going over the whole system. He was polite and friendly. I ended up purchasing a yearly maintenance agreement at a very reasonable price. I am very please with Washougal Heating and Cooling and will recommend them to our friends.

We just had to replace our entire heating and cooling system. This company was a pleasure to work with. Extremely honest and professional. Despite an increase in supply & demand, the owner honored an estimate from about 2 months ago. John Orzhakhovsky was the gentleman that did the new install. Great guy!....very professional, friendly and extremely hard working. He even helped us with our new Nest thermostat. Our pets loved him! They also made getting financing easy. We feel really good about the work they've done. Thank you John for getting us up and running with AC during the hottest week of the year!
