We had a wonderful experience with the team at Pacific Appliance Solutions. We needed our dishwasher repaired quickly and they were able to get an appointment for me on Sunday. We needed to order a part for our dishwasher which arrived the next day and Nikolai (our technician) promptly scheduled an appointment to install and fix our dishwasher. We will definitely use these folks again! Great service and reasonable prices!

We had a Sub Zero fridge that wasn't cooling any more. The first company we called barely new what they were doing and charged us $300 for nothing. We called Pacific Appliance Solutions and Ivan came out and I could tell instantly he knew what he was doing. He fixed our issues in a few minutes where as the previous company wanted us to buy a new fridge. It's great finding a company that you can trust. You can trust these guys to be knowledgeable and also fair and considerate.

What a fantastic experience! Right before getting ready to leave on vacation our washer had an issue. We called in a panic and were relieved when the repairman arrived the next day (a Sunday!). He determined that replacement parts were needed, and we were pleasantly surprised when he called the next day and said that he had obtained the replacement parts. He showed-up and had everything working later that same day. Later, we discovered two minor follow-up problems - so I texted the repairman and he again showed-up the following morning. He not only addressed both problems, but helped my wife arrange and put our laundry room back together. Perfect from start to finish. My oven/range suddenly stopped working. I submitted an online request to Pacific Appliance Solutions for an appointment. This was about 2:00 p.m. They immediately called back and set up an appointment window. The next morning, Alex showed up at 8:15 am and by 9:00 he had replaced the part and had the oven working again! I had forgotten to mention that one of my stove burners wasn't working. He immediately ordered a part and said he'd pick it up and come back in the afternoon. Throughout the process he let me know exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost, so there were no surprises. The charges were very reasonable. He did a great job and I would definitely contact Pacific Appliance Solutions for any other appliance issues.
