Case Plumbing

Gary came out and fixed a messed up sink drain I had. It was a very tedious job but he got it done fast and went well beyond my expectations. He even taught me and my wife about our plumbing while he was doing it, gave me tips for future renovations I want to do, and treated my kids great. Price was more than fair. He's a great guy and I would be happy to use his company again if I need to, I will be recommending him any chance I get.

Gary was great. Had my leak on the main fixed and water heading into the house in a timely manner. Will be using him again.

I spoke to a man over the phone & he explained the volume of work they had lined up. The job I needed done wasn’t a big job & I believe that it wasn’t worth their time. He really didn’t want to schedule me & sounded relieved when I told him I would call someone else. It is sad how a business can manipulate the public. I am thankful for competition because I hired a great guy to do the job & he was happy to get the work.

I had Chancellor driller and pump call case plumbing to do work for me. He didn't show up and he didn't call. He could have had the audacity to call. We are senior citizens out in Bonanza and no one is willing to help.

I just didn't like their work. Some electrical modifications they had to do for a water heater repair had to be redone by a licensed electrician. Bad attitude. He didn't agree with a home inspector's recommendation and said he didn't know what he was talking about, and I know that in fact he did. He had a snotty attitude. Drain pan had to be redone because the closet door wouldn't close. Poor communication skills. You can do better.
