GIVEN THE PRICE OF PLUMBING; REALLY WOULD LIKE NOT TO HAVE THE SWIPE FEE FOR CREDIT CARDS ADDED ON. I UNDERSTAND THE PRACTICE ,BUT THERE ARE OTHERS THAT ABSORB IT. *** OVERALL: GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECH SKILLS ARE TOP NOTCH. ALSO, INSTEAD OF SWEATING JOINTS, THEY USE THE MORE MODERN MILWAUKEE PRESSURE FITTINGS.

My advice with this company: be cautious. They charge a fee just to come to your door, but won’t give even a rough estimate beforehand, saying they need to “properly diagnose” the issue once inside. That doesn’t fully add up to me—if a plumbing company has been around as long as they have, they should be able to give ballpark pricing based on experience. What really raises an eyebrow is how quickly the quotes are generated on their iPads once they’re there. You can draw your own conclusions. In my case (and judging by the one-star reviews), the prices tend to come in far higher than expected. It puts customers in a tough spot: either agree to an extremely expensive repair or pay the service fee and get nothing done. I’d recommend looking around—there are better, more transparent companie
