Drivers have no regard for public safety. Blowing through red lights in downtown Boston while crosswalk signs are active for pedestrians.

I have tried several electrical companies in the Northshore, MA area. Caswell is by far the most professional, performing great quality work quickly and at a fair price. They go above and beyond to ensure the job is done properly and will promptly answer any questions that come up. I have even started using them for plumbing as my hot water heater was leaking- same service and results.

Drives like an idiot…this guy was tailgating 2ft behind me going 80mph, I moved over and he did it to the car in front of me too.

Called to resolve a potential problem with my water pressure coming in from the main. Work was done, never received a quote before work had started. Not questioning the quality of work, I am questioning their business practices. If I call a company to inspect a potential problem, wouldn't there be a discussion on what the problem was diagnosed to be, how long it would take and what it potentially would cost...? Buyer beware.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. We placed a service call for our furnace and after it was determined that we needed a replacement, I have been chasing them for a quote for 4 months. I try to give local businesses our business but this has been incredibly frustrating and frankly insulting.
