A truck for this company just blocked the street in Newburyport with multiple cars behind him. The driver then proceeded to throw his hands up in anger when asked to move, and also then pulled to a side street trying to call me over very angrily which left me feeling extremely unsafe. I tried speaking on the phone with Scott, the representative who was on call, and Scott proceeded to minimize what happened and offered no solution or apology. Completely unacceptable and unsafe behavior

These guys are useless. Lombardi used to be a good company, but when Townsend bought them out the destroyed all the records from Lombardi. Now I can't get information I need about my heating system. Would not use a company like this.

We've been customers of Lombardi Oil for over 35 years. Since the sale to Townsend Oil, our bills have not been sent consistently and their website shows incorrect billing. When calling to clear this up, I was met with nothing but rudeness and impatience, something I had never encountered with Lombardi before --ever. We are considering switching to a locally-owned oil company.

We have recently moved out of state. It is easy to attest that over 35 years, Lombardi was the company we trusted. Whether we needed an emergency in the middle of winter or the regular system maintenance program, we were well serviced. The extra customer service of reaching out to remind me of something or to discuss my fuel payment plan was so welcoming. When it came time to replace the old furnace, Lombardi was available to offer options. Great people. Thank you!

I have been a happy customer for about 3-4 years now and recently worked with them on a tricky home project that was not the most convenient situation for them, but they got it done for me anyway! Special shout out to the nice lady in the office who answers my calls, the owner Charity who has been helpful and fair when concerns came up, and the techs Xavier, Angel, and Mike who were friendly and did a great job. I agree with the other members of Justin's fan club - he has always been so great to work with and I was super relieved to see him pull up when an issue came up during the project. Thank you Lombardi!
