We had an entirely new HVAC (ducted heat pump) system installed recently. We are thrilled with the results! As a picky and OCD homeowner I always have trouble with people coming to my home to do work. But, Dry Air first came and evaluated our current conditions and gave us multiple options while also giving their sincere recommendation. Once we chose our option they came back and walked through each register location as well as the indoor and outdoor unit locations. They then produced drawings for our review and approval. Overall, I felt very involved in the process and no work was performed without us being aware of what was happening. The installers were fantastic and did very nice work, even accommodating some difficult register locations to avoid cutting into new tile floors. W

Out with the old, in with the new! After 34 years, our oil-fired boiler finally called it quits, and my wife and I decided it was time for a more modern and efficient approach to heat our home. The team at Dry Air Systems delivered exactly that with a Lochinvar propane-fired boiler. They handled the entire process seamlessly, completing the installation in just a few days. Keith was super friendly and informative, and took the time to walk me through how to make any necessary adjustments. We’re thrilled with the results and couldn’t be happier with the service we received!

Over the summer my AC failed, and Dry Air Systems was fantastic to work with. They sent out a technician the same day, and he came out that night — even working in the dark with a headlamp to get our system running again. I could not have been happier with my decision to hire Dry Air. My gc regularly has another HVAC sub but I had read bad reviews online, comments I questioned but didn’t get a response. Dry Air responded to a small project in a big way. Contact was easy - a person answered. Scheduling was flexible and precise. Luc who answered the call was aware of the issue and corrected the problem with efficiency and care for our space and surroundings.
