The Maids always do excellent work. They are on time, work efficiently and professionally and the house is always perfectly cleaned. It’s also very easy to work with the office team to make changes to the schedule. I appreciate the reminders that they send on when they will arrive. We have used their services for many years and highly recommend them!

Had a deep clean done before moving into 2nd floor tenement- excellent job! They took the time to clean the sticky cabinet fronts -inside all cabinets, closets and built-in drawers - everything spotless and fresh smelling! They even washed the stairs leading down to first floor! The owner popped in to check on progress - she and all the help were courteous, cheerful and friendly, as well as professional. I am extremely happy with the results- I will always recommend The Maids for all housecleaning services! They are the best!!!

I've been using the Maids for at least a couple of decades. They are a big enough franchise that as I've moved in the metropolitan area, I can continue to benefit from their high quality services. In addition to doing a great job cleaning, I like the way they treat their employees who I think also have a stake in the company. It's nice to know that underneath the mess I can tend to make, there's an underlying cleanness to my apartment that is easy to get back to!

Years of chronic illness and 24/7 caregiving had left my apartment an absolute disaster. When I hired The Maids, I expected the job was too much for one visit. I was delighted to be wrong, as my apartment now looks fantastic. The staff arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, worked faster and more efficiently than I would have thought possible, and did it all within the estimate they'd quoted me earlier. I was embarrassed about the state of my apartment, which made it difficult to reach out for the help I needed, but The Maids handled the whole process sensitively and professionally. I ought to have hired them years ago. Highly recommended.
