We hired Davies to open up the Mountain View in our newly Purchased home in Hayesville. Since we were still in FL, we communicated through FaceTime, phone and text. We were quoted $3800 to be paid when job was complete. He sent us pictures and FaceTimed around property and let us know chipper was on the way. Against our better judgement we paid him for the job in full. He left us with piles and piles of limbs, trees halfway down and dropped all around the property. He even admittedly backed up into our metal flagpole in cement and took it. When we arrived to find our property in shambles, he promised to come back, finish the job and replace the pole. Highly recommend! We hired Mr. Davies to clear 2 acres behind our home, and build a patio and retaining wall. Mr. Davies showed up on time with 4 of his employees. They all were very polite, and worked very hard. Me and my wife are very pleased with the work by Cat 5 Contracting, LLC.

Cade quoted us $6500 for a land clearing job ended up coming out to be $14,600 in the end which was nowhere near what he quoted and he had tons of hidden expenses and also the job he’s done wasn’t even remotely what we had spoke about on top of that there was a huge delay on the start date and it was just tons of excuses from the beginning. steer clear of this business and use actual professionals.

I needed a tree removed that was right next to my house. It was hanging over the roof so I didn't want to chance doing it myself so I called Davies Tree Service. Cade called me in the morning and came out shortly after. He gave me a great price and didn't charge me to drop another tree that was in the way. I told him that I would clean up the branches and logs myself but he did it anyway at no exta charge. He dropped the trees exactly where he said he would and caused no damage to my property. I'll definitely use him in the future if I have any more tree related issues.
